www.westcoastcycletours.ie While you were sleeping... Beautiful Black Head Lighthouse on the northernmost tip of Clare under a trail of stars. A 30 minute exposure. This gave me a bit of time. Time to look up to the heavens on a pretty crystal clear night. Must have seen a dozen shooting stars. Finally traced the great hunter in the sky, Orion, as he stalks Taurus. Heard crazy calls and sounds from creatures in the ocean. What a place to live. 25 year old me would be puzzled by my Saturday night decision. Also plenty of time to freeze my balls off! I think it was worth it.
