Ok guys time for my next Package ... 🙌 Starting next Monday 6th of march I will be running a "60 days Build your sets programme" 💪 Each week you will gain the Strength and Fitness level to add more and more onto your sets until your at an ideal level of fitness that suits you ! This programme is for people who have little experience in exercise and fitness but are willing to push for results !! 60 days is more than enough trust me I know !! Details.... - 3 personal training sessions (1 on 1) per week. - Personal exercise plans for when your at home or in the gym. - 60 days full membership of our New Gym and Aerobics studio. - Personal meal and diet plans to help you eat clean. - Week by week monitoring of (body fat %, BMI and weight) We will find the results you want !
