Hi folks, hope you all got over the Easter bank holiday weekend without contracting diabetes!🍰🍫🍩🍘 Training as normal Tuesday and Thursday this week. On Saturday we're taking a trip to Cork, for a session with multiple world champion Craig O'Flynn at Sitjaipetch Muay Thai & Martial Arts Centre Cork. Spaces are available for those of you that are interested, pm me for details.👌🙏

Training times for the coming week - Tuesday and Thursday 19:00-20:30: Beginners and advanced technique and padwork. Tuesday and Thursday 20:30-21:00: Advanced sparring and clinch work. Saturday 09:00-10:45: Beginners and advanced padwork and circuits.💪👍
