NM Fitness Studio is carrigalines own private fully equiped gym specialising in one to one personal training. NM FItness Studio will guide you and help you achieve YOUR OWN PERSONAL GOALS such as weight loss, increase flexibility, injury rehabilitation, improve your general overall health etc. All programs are specifically designed to meet your own individual needs. We dont just tell you what you need to do, we guide you and show you exactly what you need to do to achieve and MAINTAIN a healthier lifestyle. We also offer a wide range of group classes. In keeping with ther personal approach of the gym all group classes are small, with max 8 - 10 people in each class. There are a number of classes available to cater for all fitness levels and personal goals.
