facebook.comIt appears that the Rté transmitter at Crosshaven , serving Crosshaven , Carrigaline , Cobh , Monkstown and surrounding areas is out of action since the storm yesterday . I cannot get hold of 2RN ( network engineering ) to find out when it should be operative again . Hopefully not too long . In the meantime , don’t adjust your sets and remember Signal Solutions and other Tv aerial companies are busy , but call or message us if you have problems with dishes or aerials on other transmitters . Ophelia took her toll on many satellite dishes around Cork today . Most of them being standard sky dishes which often rust out quickly, or blow out of alignment all too easy .
