Just a quick look at our display in nolans butchers today. Home made turkey burgers,sausages and turkey rashers are a great healthy option for all the family. My tip for cooking the turkey burgers and sausages are: cook on a George Forman or on a frying pan with fry light spray. I found that the texture was nicer than when I cooked it on the grill. Our free range turkeys are coming along nicely for Christmas and people have their names on some already get in ther quick so your not disappointed. Help spread the word. Thanks everyone
