Getting ready for Tv and sewing this evening!!! Hope you all like the new Blog!!!

Following the success of our recent Beginners Course we are starting again! This time the course will be held on a Tuesday evening. The six week course will take you through the basic use of a sewing machine, making a simple project to help you find your feet. Then covering a few popular basic tasks you will get the opportunity to branch out and do something that you specifically want to try! Very basic introduction - so NO ONE is too much of a beginner for this course.

We are having so much fun with our new beginner's class.......

Appeal!!!!! I am working with Doon Convent School, making a seven foot high 'leaning tower of Pisa'. (Don't ask!). I am looking for any old, clean polyester pillows for stuffing. Either drop them to the school,my shop or I can possibly collect (depending where you are!). Thank you so much!!!!!

A New Year and time to catch up on some quiet sewing time. A space to sew, tea and coffee (and probably cake!) Also on hand sewing instruction in any aspect of needlework.
