New Image Fitness is a personal training studio which focuses mainly on females to help achieve their exercise and fitness goals affordably and effectively Here at New Image Fitness we ensure that our clients will be provided with the knowledge, skills, guidance, support and motivation so they can achieve their goals through our exercise and nutritional programs.
Each workout program is tailored to suit each clients ability and needs with maximum attention and exercise safety.
The workouts offer extensive variety and change to eliminate boredom and the possibility of hitting a plateau. All exercises are modified to suit your own level of fitness and individual needs (own mobility, flexibility or injury history) Nutritional plans are tailored towards you so that we can achieve your goal together!

-One to one Personal Training
-Semi- Personal Training (max of 4 persons per session)

-Current lifestyle assessment and consultation
-Weekly body measurements and body fat % taken
-3x1 hour training sessions every week
-Personalized diets plans and ongoing nutritional advice
-Progression pictures

Happy International Women's Day Ladies ❤ "Sharing my “before and after” photos, as a reminder that everything is possible with a little patience and dedication. And also to say a big Thank You to you, Lisa, for helping along the way. To share my story… I joined New Image Fitness in August 2015. And about a year ago I started exercising on my own. It’s not the end of the journey, but I had a very solid start while training with Lisa. I have learned so much, and this is when most important eating and exercising habits were instilled. Once I was confident enough to continue on my own, I just kept applying what I have learned with Lisa, and will be forever thankful for all the encouragement, knowledge and support. Thank you! **Update** The Red Status warning remains in effect today and due to Ireland being on lockdown from 4pm it's safe to say that we will remain closed until further notice. We will keep you updated in regards to any classes going ahead this week but until the Red Warning is lifted we will unfortunately remain shut. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

No protein/oat/banana pancakes here! It's Real Pancakes Today😍Why? Because I want to 🤣 I was a bit lazy and bought the Odlums perfect pancake mix 😬 I used 125g of this, then 285ml of unsweetened almond milk, 1 egg and some cinnamon. This made 7 pancakes 😆😻 They were amazing 😆Per pancake: Cal 81 C13.5 F1.7 P3.3 I would be mindful about what ingredients your using as toppings.. Nutella to beat the band🤣 I used 100g of the Vanilla Skyr Yogurt, 15ml of Waldens Farm Maple Syrup and 2 large Strawberries🍓🍯🥞 Happy Pancake Tuesday 🤤😎

This is the nicest curry I've made in a long time! Slow cooker for the win again🙌🏼🙌🏼 All that's in it is the mayflower extra hot curry powder, chicken breasts, mangetout and onion. Whacked it all in, no prepping, I didn't even cut the chicken up 🤣.. left it cooking for 10 hours and done 👨🏼🍳 Best yet 🤤🤤🤤 Macros per portion (160g chicken breast and 40g of basmati rice) Cal 380 C29 F3 P43 😆💃🏾💃🏾 Ideal post workout meal 💪🏼😍
