Description
Physical Therapy Clinic located in Integral Gym in Bettystown Welcome to Total Physical Therapy The clinic is run by Liam Redden. Liam graduated from The Institute of Physical Therapy with a B.Sc. in Applied Health Science and Physical Therapy. Liam is also a qualified practitioner of Dry Needling from Dun Laoghaire Training Clinic.
Liam uses a variety of hands on techniques, including massage, myofascial release and joint mobilizations in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. Clients will then be given individually tailored rehabilitation plans to be completed at home.
Liam enjoys working with people of all ages and activity levels but has a keen interest in the treatment of repetitive strain and sports injuries as well as chronic neck and back pain.
Liam is a fully insured member of the IAPT, the governing body for physcial therapy in Ireland.
Physical Therapy treatments are covered by the major health insurers. (Please check with your own health insurer)

Day 2 of Greg Lehmans course on reconciling biomechanics. Had a very interesting day yesterday so looking forward to more of the same today and then putting it into practice tomorrow
Here's a nice 3 minute video explaining why our knees crack. Sometimes it can be a tendon flicking over bone, sometimes it's little air bubbles in the joint popping. So more often than not, it's not something that you need to be concerned about. We're just noisy creatures

Well that was awkward. Had a great evening working with the Meath U17 footballers. Unfortunately it was Dublin that they were playing against. Found it difficult at times not to applaud the Dublin scores 🙊. One thing is certain, the futures of both counties are bright
