Happy Birthday to Harvey from Banagher. Harvey celebrated his 13th birthday with his pals touring Kinnitty & the Slieve Bloom Mts today. The hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookies went down a treat close to the end of our cycle.
Mid Ireland Adventure travelled down to Waterford to take part in the Nire Valley Drop XC MTB sportif at the weekend. Well done to the organizing committee for putting on a top class event.
This weekend we are heading to the Nire Valley in Ballymacarbry, Co Waterfrd to take part in the MTB cross country Nire Valley Drop VI. This is a fantastic event. We had a very enjoyable 10km hike this afternoon in Glenafelly, Slieve Blooms with a great group of ladies. This Blooms offer up so many beautiful colors during autumn, it really is a sight to behold. I hope you all enjoyed your yoga/hike retreat and the hot drinks from the kelly kettle afterwards.
