A beautifully situated house with panoramic views from every room, located at Abbeylands Ballyshannon. This is approximately 1 mile from the town itself and 5 miles from Rossnowlagh beach.

Bright and airy with large bay windows. The house has 4 bedrooms which sleep a maximum of 6 people. Two newly refurbished bathrooms with 2 showers. Towels and bedlinen provided. Cot available on request.

Kitchen and utility room with all mod cons, including dishwasher, microwave, freezer, washing machine and clothes dryer. The well equipped Kitchen includes an open fireplace and an adjacent herb garden. Open fire in the kitchen with large basket of complementary logs.

Plenty of parking on the grounds. No pets allowed.

Weekly lettings are from Saturday to Saturday but longer lets are available.

Prices are negotiable a party of 5 or less adults

People pay for their own electricity and oil usage.
