Backdragons Cavan is a kickboxing club based in Cavan. For ages 5yrs & Up . Senior class available. We also teach selfdefence,grappling & personal training Black Dragons Cavan is fully affiliated and ran under the rules and codes of conduct of black dragon Ireland and the international kickboxing Federation. Both male and female coaches have been trained to the highest standards and hold black belts in various different styles martial arts including kickboxing, coaches have over 35 years of experience, of martial arts between them, they also hold fec-taclevel VI in coaching and a itec diploma in fitness personal training and nutrition, Black Dragons Cavan strive to bring the best out in each student by building on the body and the mind through the activities of martial arts and kickboxing. Private lessons are available in kickboxing self-defence martial arts and general fitness.

Sunday- if looking for directions - type Boyles sports , the Faythe , Wexford on Google maps - St Marys clubhouse is just up the laneway beside it , plenty of parking there - signpost outside it .

Unfortunately this Jr show has been Cancelled but Any juniors still wishing to compete on sunday there is a another Junior Show on inWexford which black dragon coaches will be attending if there is any confusion call in to the gym tonight or private message
