Awwhhhh yippee We just WON 1st PLACE in the Ballincollig St.Patricks Day parade!!! What a day!!! Huge thanks to my Mum Collette, dad Paul, sisters Carol & Dee, hubbie Kevin, Ciara, Eoin, Isabelle, Grace, Abbey, Jessica, Leila, Julie, Aoife, Evan, Marianne, Julian, Noel, Elaine and of course 4 year old Jacob who stole the show😆 for keeping our snake moving in that wind. You are just the best. My family for all the hours of cutting sewing painting. So so tired haha! Xxx

This is why I absolutely love my job!!! This 10 tier cake was a challenge, but so worth every late night for the last 2 weeks!
