Breakfast yesterday and today is, forever lite choc protein pancakes with a scoop of porridge oats, half a banana, egg and splash of unsweetened almond milk!! Yummy!! I added porridge oats as I new I would be busy and it keeps me fuller for longer 😉 need to loose a few more lbs for my friends wedding next week!! Breakfast today 2 shots of forever aloe berry nectar,2 bee pollen, 1 foever therm tablet for beakfast and lunch and forever lite choc protein pancakes with blueberries, lunch was bacon medalions,mushrooms,tomatoes egg and lettice in 1cal spray oil, dinner turkey curry, sweet potatoe fries and vedge with water throughout the day and a cup of coffee!!hoping to keep the 5lbs I lost last week off after my indulging weekend 😉
