Weather Warning: Code Level Orange Hi guys, just heads up for the coming week. There is a code Orange weather warning in place from tonight. I will be posting updates on this page and the respective WhatsApp groups for opening times. As for now, Kettlebells and Pilates are on this evening. No un-necessary journeys should be made and the notice for PT cancellations will be waived from now until Saturday. p.s. a great time to build snowmen 😭

Well what a week off sweat, work rate and sometimes angry tears but everyone got stuck into their respective '300 workout challenge. Entering a place of training and workout that one has never been in before, you learn a lot about your self. So, anyone that's done the '300' workout this week will defiantly appreciate and respect it's difficulty. Technical lifting with explosive movements for time is so challenging and taxing...but that feeling of completing it is amaze balls 😢💨👏👍

Considering the current pro bono PT group hours I gave away in February are going well I'm going to continue the same hours and times again for March ...for a new group FREE. Are you or do you know 4 people that want free 4 x 1hrs sessions of PT (+ 2 free pilates sessions) worth €276? This is a small group pro bono offering. Group must fit criteria: 1. 4 people (no more, no less). 2. Are available at 9.00am Monday mornings. 3. Want to start their weightloss and Fitness journey. 4. Have the time to commit to all 4 sessions and are willing to do homework workouts? 5. Prefer 2 men & 2 women but not essential. 6. Start date Monday 5th March 2018 in my studio in Athy. Pilates sessions with TANGO bring in the technique of self myofascial release or foam rolling. This self-massage technique assists in muscles recovery, improves muscle flexibility and fasica elasticity (especially post workout). In using foam rolling with Pilates exercises, it helps to improve ones overall body flexibility and normal body function.
