It's time for the annual South African Day in Athy again!
This year we have changed the venue, and its going to be bigger and better than ever before!
As usual there will be SA food, SA goodies and lots of SA beer & Klippies!!

Just want to remind everyone, if you have foldable / camping chairs please bring them along as there is not too many chairs in the marquee Also of anybody has some wood they can bring along for the campfire, thanks Ansi

I've had a few calls about directions to the pub. PLEASE NOTE THE EVENT IS NOT AT THE RUGBY CLUB THIS YEAR!!! You need to type the following into Google maps: Conlans of Booleigh, Nurney *See the attached screenshot
ENTRANCE FEE: there will be a €2 per person entrance fee for people 4 years and up. I get asked every year why there is an entrance fee. I arrange this entire event by myself, without any funding. I do all the advertising, brochures, renting of tables, bouncy castles, sumo suits, dj equipment hire, event hire and many other miscellaneous items... The entrance fee goes toward these costs, thanks for understanding! And don't hesitate to pm me should you require more info

Practicing for the SA day next week.... So far it doesn't look like I will be able to get my hands on either Klippies or Castle.... but we have plenty of Savanna and Springbokkies in stock! See you all very soon!!!!
