I'm so excited about this. Garry Hughes, my partner in our old restaurant, The Olive Grove, is going again !!! I'm so happy and proud of him. He is the best front of house man I know and so deserves this next opportunity. His passion, professionalism and desire to please, will definitely see him on the road to success. He is joined in this new venture with my wonderfully passionate food loving brother, Jules Bradbury, and oh so competent rock and wife, Joanne Bradbury. They already run a very successful and fun Tapas Restaurant in Naas, and are very much looking forward to working in Athlone. What makes me so happy about this new adventure for Garry, is the opportunity again of living his dream. Our children seeing their father getting up and going again, knocked down, but not out. What a wonderful role model for them now and in the future, when things might not go as planned. What more can be asked for ??
