Details on each below: Food and Beverage Operations (24 places) • Mondays and Tuesdays 09.00 – 18.00, 24 weeks • Level 6 Certificate • Free for all eligible applicants • Candidates will be issued with uniform • You will see great improvements with customer care, communications, dealing with complex situations, f&B product knowledge; • Candidates must have a Level 5 award (e.g. Leaving Certificate) or pass an interview if age 23+ Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts (16 places) • Wednesdays and Thursdays 09.00 – 18.00, 24 weeks €750 for those in employment, free for eligible unemployed/ returners • Suitable for advanced chefs who already have obtained a Level 6 award/ have significant experience and wish to progress to a degree.
