Social Dancing (All levels) 7.30-9.00pm 10 Weeks €95 Learn the Foxtrot, Jive, Waltz, Slosh and Quickstep in a fun and energetic environment. No experience or partner necessary.
Indoor Bootcamp 8.30-9.30pm 10 Weeks €65 A great way to burn calories. Work your whole body in a short period of time. Each exercise is fun. An intense workout that combines cardio, strength and flexibility training. Great for weight loss, all ages and body shapes.
Guitar for Beginners 7.30-9.00pm 10 Weeks €95 Introduction to keys, main chords & basic strums. Good fun. Individual attention. (Guitars available in class)
Introduction to Carpentry 7.30-9.30pm 10 Weeks €110 Learn the necessary skills of woodwork using workshop tools through a series of interesting projects. Suitable for all levels. *additional cost for materials provided by tutor (available in class)
Millinery* 7.30-9.30pm 8 Weeks €90 Make your own Fascinator. Create your own designs using millinery materials like sinamay and crin and add trimming such as feathers and beads. *additional cost for materials provided by tutor (available in class)
Yoga (All levels) 7.30 –8.30pm 10 Weeks €65 Lessons focus on relaxation, gentle postures, awareness, breathing exercises and meditation. (Mats provided)
Computers: Beginners & Intermediate 10 Weeks €95 6.30-8.00pm: Beginners 8.00-9.30pm: Intermediate Learn basic word processing and how to use your computer to: set up, send and receive email; how to use social media safely , shop online, book flights and much more! Intermediate classes will cover excel and spreadsheets..
Mindfulness 10 Weeks €95 7.30-8.00pm:Level 1(Beginners) 8.00-9.30pm Level 2 (those who have completed Level 1) This an opportunity to stop, breathe and relax using meditation. Learn ways to manage stress and enjoy life. Mindfulness is the energy of being aware and awake to the present moment.
Spanish for Beginners and Improvers 8 Weeks €90 6.30-8.00pm: Beginners 8.00-9.30pm: Improvers Learn to speak one of the world’s most widely spoken languages. The beginners class will give students basic conversation for everyday use. The improvers class are for those who already have some knowledge of the language. Classes are taught by a native speaker and fully qualified teacher.
From Couch to 5k (Personal training & nutrition plan) 7.00-8.30pm 8 Weeks €80 Start from scratch and build fitness safely in an enjoyable and friendly environment. All participants will be aiming to complete a 5k race after completion of the programme.
