Reminder guys. My Sis is getting married so celebrations are happening. I will be taking a few days off and giving you guys a chance to recover 😜 So no classes Friday 30th Saturday 31st Monday 2nd Wednesday 4th And we are back to action from Thursday 5th on. In between guys, don't forget to do your homework the Tuesday running gang keep it up 👍 and if the sun is shining guys get yourselves outside and to one of the beautiful walkways we are blessed with. Also on the 14th of April at 9am, I will be doing an hour of technique work on some new movements we will be incorporating in. This is free of charge and will be followed by Bootcamp at 10am.
All classes still going ahead tomorrow (St. Patrick's Day) and the bank holiday Monday.

40 days of abs Day 19 So we took a rest day yesterday to give those abs a bit of a break, today we are giving them a good stretch to get them ready for the second half of our 40day challenge. Hi guys, Just to let everyone know we will be back open tomorrow classes at 10am and 7pm. Sticking by the old rule, "Never miss a Monday". Put that Brennan's bread back in the bread bin and let's get stuck back into things.
Lads have the day off tomorrow. (Friday 2nd) Make snowmen, throw snowballs and enjoy the day. Stay safe and make some nice warm soup. (and don't forget to add a little guinness to your stew for a kick) We will reschedule when it stops snowing 😊
