Bennett's Bar and Lounge, Ardcath At first glance, the pub appears small from the outside but expands largely at the back and has several different sections, including two main bar areas, a cosy snug and a pool room which also serves as an function room for birthday party's, christenings or whatever it is you need.
The smoking area is fully heated and seated and leads to the beer garden, which makes a for a very nice drinking area on warm summer nights, when we occasionally get them.
The local customers and staff enjoy a friendly atmosphere and we show most televised sporting events from Sky, Setanta, ESPN and AtTheRaces. Pizzas are available as well as several other savoury snacks. The pub also includes free WI-FI and a laser card machine for cash back.
We open at 12:30 on Saturdays and Sundays, and open at 16:00 (4:00) from Monday to Friday. A pint of top quality Guinness is only 4.00, with pints of larger at 4.20.

As many of our Thursday night regular traditional musicians live well outside the village the music session will not be going ahead due to the bad weather. Other than that, were still open and the craic is 90 so if you're within walking distance pop in for a pint 🔥⛄️🍻🎶😄👍🍷

We at Bennetts Bar Ardcath would like to wish everyone happy new year and give a massive thank you for dropping by over the Christmas period 🙂 Seriously, you were all a lovely bunch to be serving behind the bar. There was plenty of brilliant nights over the last few weeks so big shout out to everyone that helped out in the pub, gave us a dig out when it was needed and all the musicians that played over the Christmas.
