NGS Fitness is owned and run by Shane Flynn, over the past 6 years the gym has evolved from classes only training to now also cater for teams, public use gym memberships, kids camps, parent and child classes, rehabilitation and personal training. What do we provide?
Bootcamps for men and women,
Womens weight training classes,
Mens weight training classes i.e toning up, lose weight or put on muscle mass,
Nutrition advice,
Persona training.

Easter weekend opening hours for all our NGS gym bunnies are Easter Sunday 9am to 12md Bank Holiday Monday classes at 11am and 12md - no evening classes. Back to normal hours from Tuesday. Happy Easter to all our members & enjoy the Easter Eggs 😀

Group of 16-17 year olds getting the introduction to the off peak membership of 7.50 a week. Here at NGS we care about the quality of your sessions both in classes and when your using it for public use. Too often when it comes to public gyms people really don't have any structure and 80% are doing exercises all wrong. Time is valuable. We give you video demonstrated programs to make sure im you starting the right way

Were even giving you a lift home to make sure you get there safely. Where else would you get it. Gym open until 4pm and will have an update at that time due to weather conditions. We don't want people driving when the temperatures drop later on this eve.

We call all learn from this.... The long road is the hard one but the short is very crowded. Which are you on? I posted on the 18th of jan saying I was back at the start again. Every SINGLE day and session since then I have wanted to pack it in only because I hated how far I have to go. I decided to just postpone any plans to compete and just loved training and eating well. That way my focus is just to be my best each day. Even at that you cant help but compare yourself to my best in the past. That is the only comparison I will ever do and that's the only you should do. You have got to just keep showing up and grinding away no matter how shit you feel as one day it just happens and you wonder how did that happen. It was because of consistency and nothing else. Please be patient with your health and body and take the long road.

And there it is. Starting base and feeling like iv never lifted a weight in my life. Injuries been the number 1 reason for not been able to train. Secondly the consistent low calorie daily routine not because of choice but almost from not needing to eat. My body adapts to habits very fast so you have to take the good with the bad. Just like when I switch back to training and bulking it will hopefully respond just as quick. Iv 34 wks now to get back to better than where i was before. Aim is to from currently 82kg to 95kg in 20 wks. For anyone else trying to get back, just make a start and you can't go wrong. Follow this interesting journey on snap flyner64

After 5 long and hard weeks, I've never felt so happy and healthy . The pictures are from the first week, the third week and the final week. And to say I'm delighted with the outcome is an understatement. Only for the hard work and motivation of @flynner64 at @ngs_fitness I definitely would've given up otherwise. It wasn't an easy process and not at where I want be completely but after only 5 weeks and seeing the results has motivated me to push on and get where I want to be! #changes #healthy #motivation #fitfam #fitness
