Maynooth-Galway Cycle 2018. Congrats to all participants and organisers for a wonderful event. This years cycle was for Friends of the Coombe. McCarrick Bros are delighted to be one of the main sponsors and will be for many years to come.

Brian Collum Memorial Chess Tournament 2018 Some of the 484 participants in the 4th annual Brian Collum memorial one day chess tournament organised and sponsored by McCarrick Bros Longford. A big thank you to all the participants, the schools and volunteers who helped organise the hall. Thank you to Newtownforbes sports complex for the use of their venue. The charity recipient this year was to the rehabilitation unit in Dun Laughoire.

Brian Collum memorial chess tournament 2017 Mc Carrick Bros in conjunction with the Collum family organise the annual Brian Collum chess tournament. This year it was the biggest chess tournament in the country with 436 children participating. Our thanks to the Newtownforbes complex, St Mels college for loan of chairs and tables and all the volunteers who set up, took down and helped in the day.
