Welcome Summer by making some easy , quick lemon squash. Lemon Juice- 1 cup(remove seeds) Sugar - 2 cups water -1 cup cardamom powder - 1 tea spoon Take sugar in a heavy bottomed vessel. Add water. keep in stove with low flame. Stir till teh sugar dissolves. Keep in stove till the solution is thick, sticky and of 1 thread consistency.remove from heat, allow to cool to room temperature.Extract lemon juice, filter and add to the sugar solution along with cardamom powder. mix thoroughly. Keep in fridge, and add 2-3 table spoons of the squash to 1 glass of water to make refreshing lemon juice.
