We are a small family type business that operates the field of tourism with successfully since 2001, which has managed to create with good taste and personal effort, a special, warm and distinguished holiday spot where our visitors will feel so comfortable as if they have never left the warmth and accommodations of their household. It will be our great pleasure to be your hosts, as you create your very own memories of Crete, which we promise you'll never forget!
Scenically located between sea and mountain the Villa-Agapi offers a relaxing and pleasurable atmosphere.
It is situated at the centre of the island, 17 km. from Heraklion, in the village Episkopi, a traditional Cretan village off the main tourist route, which permits easy access to every corner of Crete. The beautiful beach of Amnissos and Kokini Hani is just 7 to 10 minutes by car.
Villa Agapi is situated on a small elevation, on the edge of the village. It is a  quiet place, in the trees and the flowers (1000 sqm) with absolute owner.
The exterior and the garden of Villa Agapi is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Crete weather all year round.
Villa Agapi is surrounded by age-old olive tree and the building is based on wood, roof-tiles and stone, combining traditional architecture with modern elements. This villa is ideal for couples or families  for a pleasant and relaxing accommodation.

The Villa Agapi is spacious 120 sqm ( 10 sqm plus auxiliary areas) and is ideal for 6(+1) people. All rooms have air conditioning except a small bedrooms (which is for kids)The central heating makes the house suitable for winter holidays. The floor in the bedrooms is made of wood and the other rooms are made of a wonderful colourful stone. The main entrance leads to the dining rooms and continues on to the open plan kitchen and living room, which is tastefully furnished and has an open fireplace, SAT/TV (led 40''), DVD and stereo with CD. The kitchen has all the suitable household appliances. Above the living room is a gallery style spare room, which can be reached by an open wooden staircase from the kitchen. In this room there are an office, bookcase and one single bed. 12 people can dine in the dining room.
There is an auxiliary space (is 10 sq.m.) where you can go from a staircase in the living room, where there is a washing machine and space for luggage. There are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has also a double bed and the third smaller bedroom is ideal for children with a single bed or with two small beds for babies ( it is depended on client’s requirements). There is a bathroom with bath and a smaller one with shower.
