Cedar Bay Villas comprises three exceptionally designed, stone-built, two – storey detached villas each with a large private swimming pool and built as close to the sea as one could ever wish for.

Our guests can instantly access two beaches, different in texture yet equally beautiful, just by opening their front door. In front of the villas, one has a view of the Grammeno Beach, a Blue Flag beach with fine golden sand, and on the other side of the peninsula you will see Votsalo Beach, a pebbly, long, quiet beach.


A great deal of attention to detail was given, in order to incorporate the structures as subtly as possible to their natural habitat, while offering our guests a unique living experience of luxury, comfort, tranquility and privacy.

The villas are available throughout the year and are accordingly equipped in order to accommodate visitors in all 4 seasons. Whether you seek summer swimming, or winter’s peace, quiet and relief from a heavy urban lifestyle, Cedar Bay Villas is the ideal destination for all 4 seasons.

The villas welcome exclusively, adults and couples. However, in the event of an inquiry for all three villas by a single party of guests, children are happily accepted. All the villas can accommodate a maximum of 14 guests.
