The Wacken Foundation is a non-profit foundation that supports young bands and artists of the hard rock and metal scene. Die Wacken-Foundation ist eine gemeinnützige Stiftung, die sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, die bereits seit langem durch die Veranstalter des WOA bestehende Förderung junger Künstler aus der Rock- und Metal-Szene zu verfestigen.
The Wacken-Foundation is a non-profit foundation which dedicates itself to the advancement of young artists of the rock and metal scene. This advancement is supposed to strengthen the long lasting work of the W:O:A organizers.
