The HFU Business School is a faculty of Hochschule Furtwangen University, a state run university located in picturesque southern Germany.

Try to figure out the meaning of this German joke. Hint it's about an engineer and a manager: Ein Mann ist gerade mitten auf dem Land in seinem Heißluftballon unterwegs. Doch leider hat er sich etwas verirrt und fliegt deshalb etwas tiefer, um einen Mann unter sich um Hilfe zu bitten: „Entschuldigen Sie, können Sie mir sagen, wo wir gerade sind? Ich hatte meinen Freund versprochen, ihn vor einer Stunde zu treffen. Aber ich bin mir nicht sicher, wo ich lang muss.“ Der Mann am Boden ruft hilfsbereit nach oben: „Sie sind gerade 10 Meter über dem Boden. Zwischen 40 und 41 Grad nördlicher Breit und bei ca. 60 Grad westlicher Länge.“ Genervt verdreht der Mann im Ballon die Augen: „Lassen Sie mich raten, Sie sind Ingenieur?“ „Ja, bin ich. Woher wissen Sie das?“, fragt der Mann am Boden zurück. Daraufhin erklärt der Ballonfahrer: „Ganz einfach: Ihre Informationen sind vielleicht technisch korrekt. Aber sie bringen mir überhaupt nichts. Ich weiß immer noch nicht, wo ich bin. Damit haben sie mir nicht geholfen, sondern nur meine Ankunft verzögert.“ Der Mann am Boden kontert: „Aha. Und Sie sind sicher Manager?“ Verunsichert fragt der Ballonfahrer zurück: „Ja, aber wie kommen Sie darauf?“ „Ganz einfach: Sie wissen weder, wo Sie sind, noch wo Sie hin müssen. Sie sind nur durch heiße Luft dahin gekommen, wo Sie gerade sind. Sie haben Dinge versprochen, die Sie nicht einhalten können und die Leute unter Ihnen sollen jetzt Ihre Probleme lösen. Nun sind Sie in der gleichen Lage wie vor unserer Begegnung, aber irgendwie bin ich jetzt schuld daran.“
