Coaching
TEC Leadership Institute provides support to our clients in the area of Leadership Competence, Cross-Cultural Competence, Communication Competence, Management Competence, Diversity Management, Team-Building and Coaching. While we conduct a variety of workshops and training, TEC is also very much a Coaching Company. We believe strongly in Personal & People Development.
