It was established near an American military community with the vision of bringing together local nationals and Americans stationed nearby for a unique social experience. The “713″ in Bar 713 is actually the area code of Houston, Texas, the hometown of cocktail master and owner James Williams.
James worked in the food and beverage industry for 14 years, with over ten-years of bar experience and renown as a master cocktail artist. School-trained, James specializes in classic cocktails, but is a fan of and tuned in to a lot of today’s trendy mixes.
On the Bar 713 menu you will find a truly simple hamburger with fresh ground beef, never frozen!
