www.kitev.de --> Labor für ausgefallene I n t e r v e n t i o n e n kitev - ist ein Labor für ausgefallene Interventionen, beheimatet im Wasserturm des Oberhausener Hauptbahnhofs. Der Turm ist Keimzelle und Austragungsort für Aktionen von hoher künstlerischer Qualität, sowie Anlaufstelle für projektbedingte Aufenthalte in der Region. kitev unterstützt innovativ, experimentell und interdisziplinär arbeitende Künstlerinnen und Künstler in ihrer Arbeit und ihrer Weiterentwicklung, fördert virulent den Dialog zwischen verschiedenen Kunstsparten und engagiert sich im lokalen sozialen Umfeld.

As a part of the 15th Istanbul Biennial's neighbouring events programme and the venue support of SALT Galata, we will tell the stories about repairing and co-creating like: participatory process of the Highrise "Oberhaus", collective repairing process of the tower clocks & the water tower and the processes of held with refugees: the letter „E“ in the lightning city slogan, the Refugees’ Kitchen, etc. Der intensive Austausch mit dem ArchitektInnenkollektiv Herkes İçin Mimarlık (=Architektur für Alle) geht weiter: Verschiedene Ansätze von gemeinschaftlichen Bauprozessen kennenlernen und von einander lernen… Wir freuen uns darauf!
