Hey I'm Jennifer, me and my girls decided to live a healthier lifestyle and now we want to motivate and inspire others Plus size women that allways wanted to live healthier but never found the courage or simply didn't know how to. Please keep in mind that this page is not about reaching size 0  it's all about lifestyle changes because you don't need to be size 0 to be healthy and fit. Hummus and Grilled Vegetable Pizza INGREDIENTS 1 recipe spelt pizza dough ½ recipe hummus (any flavor) 1 small zucchini 1 small summer squash 1 medium portabello mushroom cap ½ small red onion 1 red pepper 2 Tbsp grape seed oil to taste sea salt ½ tsp cayenne pepper INSTRUCTIONS Slice the squash and onion into half inch thick pieces. Place the squash in a bowl and drizzle with 2 Tbsp of oil. Season with salt and and toss to coat. Preheat a counter top grill and then grill the squash for about 5 minutes. Wipe excess oil out of the bowl the portabello cap and onion pieces. Grill them in the same manner as the squash. After the vegetables are grilled, cut into bite sized pieces. Also, cut one of the roasted red peppers into strips. preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Oil pizza pan with grape seed oil. stretch pizza dough to fit the pan. Using the back of a spoon, spread about half of the batch of hummus over top of the dough. Top with the grilled vegetables. Bake the pizza for 20-25 minutes or until the outside edges of the crust are golden brown. Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy!

Mexican Quinoa Bell Peppers :)) !! #EatClean #EatGreen 🍎💪🌿 --> Ingredients (organic and Non-GMO whenever possible): 4 large bell peppers 3/4 cup dry quinoa 15 oz. can black beans <-- skip the can. Use dried or frozen instead. :) 1 cup corn <-- non-GMO. skip the can. 2 green onions 2/3 cup salsa 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast 1 1/2 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. smoked paprika 1 tsp. chili powder Optional additions: chipotle, tomatoes, cilantro, green chiles, garlic powder, hemp hearts Toppings of choice: guacamole (yum!), salsa, hot sauce, etc.

Basic Chemistry of our Bodies and The Power of Hydrogen "PH" . "The pH scale goes from 0-14, where 0 is pure acid, 14 is pure alkaline, and 7 is neutral. Just like your body temperature, the pH of your blood ALWAYS tightly regulates itself at 7.365 (good way to remember: 7 days a week, 365 days a year)..Just as your body needs to tightly regulate its temperature at 98.6, it will do anything to maintain that and will never change (when you are healthy)! The purpose of eating alkaline foods and drinking alkaline water is NOT to try and raise the pH of your blood. The whole purpose of getting off acid and eating alkaline is to prevent your body from having to do all the regulating. Your body will do WHATEVER it needs to regulate a constant pH of 7.365, and that is where the problem lies.(Disease) TOO much of anything causes an imbalance on the other end of the spectrum. Raw food can definitely lower ‘digestive fire’ in a cold climate and drain your energy since your body is trying its hardest to keep you warm in the presence of all this yin (cooling) food which depletes digestive fire. Anything in extreme is not healthy. There is no need to eat 100% alkaline unless you have a serious illness, and even then, the key is BALANCE. Alkaline foods are almost always cooling (yin), and most acidic foods are very warming. . *(Alkalosis) Over-Alkaline symptoms: -Consciousness problems (light-headed, brain-fog, blurred vision, confusion, coma, seizures) -Numbness or tingling in the face, hands, or feet -Cold hands & feet -Shallow respiration, hyper ventilation -Lethargic, physical weakness -Low libido(sex drive) -Dysrhythmias;Tachycardia -Mineral deficiencies -Muscle spasms, eye twitching, cramps, tremors -Nausea -Allergies -Arthritis -Indigestion -IB" Eating too much of anything is not sufficient for the body. Drinking plenty of water is the best way to stay Neutral Ph7.

I think this sums obesity up. It amazes me that Doctors do not diagnosis a person's eating habits but prescribe medicine instead of proper diets. What surprises me even more than that is people would rather spend money for pill, protein substitutes and whatever else rather than just eat right. Sickness, Diseases wouldn't be a burden to you if people just ate according to their blood type. 👉 Do you know the difference between complex carbohydrates and simple carbohydrates 🌿💪
