Description
Only CrossFit gym in the Kaiserslautern/Ramstein/Landstuhl area open to everyone. We specialize in general physical preparedness. No experience necessary. CrossFit Kaiserslautern is the only CF gym in this area open to everyone. We offer several of classes between 0500 and 1830 each day. Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty is not specializing.
All new members must complete an introduction course before beginning classes. These classes begin every 4-6 weeks. If you have a working knowledge of the CF movements, we can set up an assessment with a coach and you will not need to complete the intro course.
No experience necessary! No minimum physical ability is required. We can scale everything we do to meet your needs. Our youngest athlete is 16 and our oldest one is 65. We have athletes with arthritis who have to do seated workouts and athletes who are recovering from surgeries for old injuries that modify so they can continue to work out.
People continue to come back because of the community of athletes, small group coaching/training and because it is different and fun each day.
