The Only In- and Outdoor Mexican Sports bar in Kaiserslautern. Mingos is a one of kind restaurant, not only an enjoyable dining experience for our guests, but we also offer apprentice opportunities for young aspiring chefs & servers.
You will see the menu constantly changing, and best of all if you don't see what you're looking for, just tell your server... our chefs will happily prepare the dish that meets your wishes!
Our kitchen consists of an amazing international chef team; German, Mexican & Puerto Rican. Swen Felz, our lead chef, is certified to train in restaurant employees through the apprentice program.
