Human Chain for Europe

Hello folks, on Saturday the 20th of May between 10:00 and 13:00 o’clock there will be a big international European event in the city of Kaiserslautern - organized by Europa Direkt Informationszentrum and Pulse of Europe. The program will be entertaining and interesting with music, quiz, information and much more! Let’s participate in this event and be part of the long human chain for a free, united, open and socially responsible Europe! Because the Europe we have today, should not be taken for granted: Today, Europeans can enjoy living in peace, freedom, and prosperity, and all because six European heads of state and government came together 60 years ago to sign the Treaties of Rome, laying the foundation for today’s European Union. They turned their backs on war, suffering, and destruction in favour of commitment to cooperation, knowing that we are stronger when we seek to understand and work with each other. On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the Treaties of Rome, we are calling on everyone who appreciates in the European idea to come and take to the streets with us: • for a Europe where human rights, freedom of opinion and the press, the rule of law, mutual understanding, and solidarity can flourish! • for a Europe where citizens can participate in the democratic process to have their say! • against the return to nationalism, isolationism, and confrontation! Draisinen Tour!

Hey Folks, join our tour with the regional attraction: Draisine! Two People are riding the bicycles on the train tracks, two can enjoy the beautiful view through the landscape. The tour is going 20km and we will stop after 10km at the beautiful city Meisenheim to have a picnick and see the city. You can bring food and drinks with you ;-) Be fast and register, there are only 18 spots free! Fee is only 7 Eur. for the Draisine and the train ticket. (Normal price 21Eur.). Please bring the right amount of money, changing is hard. :-) REGISTRATION at IntClub: Wednesday, 03.05. 2pm-5pm Thursday, 04.05. 12:00pm-1:30pm Friday, 05.05, 1:15pm - 3:15pm If you can't come to this time please write us a pm. Ukrainischer Länderabend

Hello folks, Привіт ! on friday the 28th of April we will have the chance to get to know a little more about Ukraine. Our friends from Ukraine are going to tell us about their country. As well they prepare typical food and drinks for tasting. They also prepared some entertainment for you. So, come over and spend this special night together with us. The entrance is free! Please be punctual since the doors will be closed as soon the presentations have started. We are looking forward to seeing you at IntClub!

Deutscher Länderabend

Hey folks, we would like to invite you to the German Länderabend on Wednesday, 19 April at 19:30 at IntClub. We will show you a little more of the German culture by playing a fun quiz game – tell your friends and join our party as a group of crazy quiz night gamers ;-) A good way to learn something new is to combine an experience with food and eating. So, we are going to cook and offer typical German dishes for you to taste. We will also present the results from our City Rally KL event from April 5. We're excited to show you the creativity that all the teams put into the completion of their tasks during the rally and can't wait to share the funny photos & videos with you. We had tons of fun! Barhopping

Hey folks, join our bar hopping! We start our trip at the train station. We will check out the nightlife of Kaiserslautern by visiting several different locations in and around the city-centre. This event will teach you a lot about the German drinking culture ;) These important soft skills will prepare you for upcoming tasks and gives you the great opportunity to establish new contacts with other students. We are looking forward to having a great night with you! :)
