Scoutingtrain 2014
Description
Our vision is a network for young Europeans, a network that is real and alive! Right now during this European crisis! Jointly with international project groups, ScoutingTrain 2014 will starting from Berlin and via Poland, Belarus, Moscow reach Irkutsk.
ScoutingTrain is an official association-activity by the BdP (Association of Guides and Scouts/Bund der Pfadfinderinnen und Pfadfinder)
Target Groups are Scouts of BdP, VCP, DPSG, PSG and DPV.
25 years after the fall of the iron curtain, hundreds of guides and scouts from a dozen countries will board a train which will take them on a journey from Berlin to the deepest Siberia. In a concerted action with Eastern European Scout Organizations of the former Eastern Bloc, the idea of international understanding will be promoted by jointly experiencing riding the Trans Siberian Railway.
