Gänstaller Bräu
Description
Old and new world beer from one of the most celebrated brewers in Upper Franconia. Andreas Gänstaller used to hire the name, building and installation of Beck-Bräu in Trabelsdorf. Since December 2010 he has brewed in Schnaid under his own name. Beers and recipes taken to the new brewery are moved here. Since then his beer sometimes appears under the Drei Kronen name from 2010-2013 when Gänstaller Bräu had the Zoiglstube in Strassgeich as a tap.

This week is amazing... Today we learned about our No.1 position in the ranking of best brewer per country in the RateBeer Best 2016 listing. Wow, just wow. Thank you so much everybody, all ratebeerians for liking our beers!!!! We are so thankfull. And we want to congratulate all other winners. Neues bier! An unfiltered, dry-hopped, India Pale Lager. (5.3%) Poors hazy vibrant yellow, creamy white head. The nose is herbal, floral, fruity, zest, mildly sweet with beautiful hop profile. The taste is floral, light complimentary biscuit, caramel, mildly sweetish, touch of fruit and lightly yeast. A delicate, refreshing beer. Body 3 - Sweet 2 - Bitter 3 - Sour 1 Lecker!
