For weeks, the eyes of Göttingen were watching Titan Arum (Amorphophallustitanum), located in the Botanic Garden of the University. After having reached 1,8 meters, the plant has opened its flower for ~24 hours.🌺 Hurry up to see this natural wonder if you are in the town. 🏃‍♀Be warned though: The flower stinks, which is its way of attracting insects that it needs for pollination. 🐝
