تأسست الشركة عام 2014 في مدينة فريبورغ المانيا على ايدي خيرة الخبراء والمهندسين المختصين في هذا المجال.
فقد ساعدت الشركة مع مرور الوقت على بناء واصدار برامج ملاحة عدة ومركبات وعناصر لانظمة ملاحة تركب على اجهزة GPS لشركات أكثر تقدما في العالم.
عدا عن أن الشركة تشغل برنامج ملاحي مريح وسهل للتشغيل وظيفته ضمان الوصول للمقصد بشكل سريع مريح.
