After being melodramatic & sad yesterday, because my daughter was sad that I was on the road again..(she was physically sick......) , I was seriously asking why I do what I do. After the first day of Teacher training adjustments module, the answer was clear. Yes this is my purpose and I want to be a role model for my children, so they can follow their heart and finding their purpose. Workshops and conferences are great but especially teacher training is very deep. Helping the students being the best version of themselves by sharing my experiences. Yes it is very precious time and it fulfills me. Right after my family. No yoga is a part of the family! Yes y’all out there who does & loves yoga belongs to my family.
