Bespoke curtains, blinds and other fabric accessories (cushions, noticeboards, bags, throws, hangings...) for your home. All handmade at reasonable rates. Daisy Fabrics produces lovely, handmade, bespoke curtains, blinds and other soft furnishing items for your home. I set up the business 3 years ago and run from home in South Cambs.
I have made a whole range of items for the home, as well as curtains & blinds, I have made cushions, seat covers, pelmets, noticeboards, and have also made a range of children's items, including aprons, bags, purses, cushions and wall hangings.
I’m very happy to come and meet you and discuss ideas and develop a plan to suit your needs. I have worked on a range of projects from a whole suite of coordinating blinds & curtains, to simple items.
I have also begun working with vintage fabric to produce lovely homewares such as cushions, wall hangings, runners and napkins.
I love working with textiles and have now moved on to teaching textiles, in both 1-1s and small groups.

It has been a while since I've written anything. I've been busy with Christmas, making some huge curtains for a barn conversion & filling in my tax return... Here is a pic of an advent calendar made with older people in Saffron Walden. It was great fun & we managed to get all 24 pockets made in a couple of hours!
