NeoFinder has been able to add GPS geotags to your photos for a long time. Now, NeoFinder 7.1.2 also offers you to remove them for you. Use the context menu for this. Of course, that also works for multiple selected photos. :-)

Apple has introduced some very funky new security features in macOS Sierra. If you download an app from outside the Mac App Store (as you should! ;-)) and launch it outside of /Applications, Apple will quietly place that app in a read-only disk image, and mount that hidden disk image to a totally random location. You won't see any difference, except a really slow app start. While that is slow and strange, it also generates problems for apps like NeoFinder, which can copy themselves to your Applciations folder. With NeoFinder 7.1.2, we have fixed a problem with that. Now NeoFinder is able to properly copy itself to your Application folder, if you ask it to. No more hidden disk image mumbo-jumbo behind your back.

NeoFinder 7.1.2 massively improves cataloging of R3D video files from RED cameras. Not only do you get beautiful thumbnails, and information about the duration and size of the clips, but a lot more, like the frame rate, camera firmware, clip ID, lens mount name, sensor name, director, timecodes, serial numbers, and so on.
