Anti Corruption International
Description
Our aim is to expose and fight corruption through initiatives led by young individuals around the world.
Anti-Corruption International is a youth-led organization, founded and co-ordinated by young, enthusiastic, dedicated and motivated youth willing to create a change in their countries and break the barriers between different nationalities. ACI aims to encourage young people in every single country to find solutions for the contagious disease called ‘corruption’. With regional and international cooperation, young people will have the support of implementing anti-corruption measures, thus promote the idea of corruption-free societies. Through education, promotion, various types of conferences and young activism, we are more than confident that we can solve this issue.

Hit Chinese TV drama brings corruption out of the shadows
Happy Friday to you all! Here is a story out of left-field but one that tells its own interesting story. This is a report on the popularity of Chinese tv show, "In the Name of the People", a new program that features a team of anti-corruption investigators taking on corrupt government officials. The show seems to be a propaganda attempt by President Xi Jinping, but as the discussion of corruption was banned on tv in 2004, it still represents an interesting development in China's relationship with anti-corruption, if not a hugely significant one. "With central government officials almost uniformly portrayed as benevolent and fatherly on TV, depicting them as villains is unprecedented." https://www.ft.com/content/a6a8d40c-2bc0-11e7-9ec8-168383da43b7

"To have been seen and held in high esteem for protesting against corruption, even if only for a few days, has inspired a sense of pride and unity in Romania." https://globalvoices.org/2017/04/26/romanias-anti-corruption-protests-and-the-burden-of-shame/
