Danach schließen sich die Türen dieser einzigartigen Location für immer. Seit 2012 unterstützte die alte Brauerei die Kunstlandschaft und muss jetzt Platz für den Immobilienmarkt des neuen Berlins machen. Aus diesem Grund schließen sich 80 Künstler und Musiker zusammen, um der Location ihre letzte Ehre zu erweisen. Eine Woche vor Weihnachten entsteht das erste 48-Stunden-Art-Festival Berlins... und zwar wirkliche 48 Stunden ohne Pause. Kunstshows, 48h-Kino und Clubbetrieb laufen zwei Tage am Stück. Erstmalig wird das gesamte Areal der Brauerei für Besucher geöffnet. Die Berliner Ausstellungsmacher THE DARK ROOMS Exhibition, ENTER ART FOUNDATION und PRIESTS AND PRAWNS verwandeln das gesamte Areal in ein Kunsterlebnis. Jeder einzelne Raum wird inszeniert. Das Berliner Labels Bipolar und das Club-Kollektiv Jonny Knüppel tauchen das alte Mauerwerk 48 Stunden lang in elektronische Klänge. Nach diesen 48 Stunden schließen sich die Türen der Brauerei für immer. After that, the doors of this unique location will close forever. Since 2012, the old brewery has supported the art scene, and now has to make room for the real estate market of the “new” Berlin. For this reason, 80 artists and musicians come together to pay their last respects to the location. One week before Christmas, Berlin's first 48-hour art festival is taking place... and it's really 48 hours without a break. Art shows, 48-hour cinema and club operation run two days in a row. For the first time, the entire area of the brewery will be open to visitors. The Berlin exhibition organisers THE DARK ROOMS Exhibition, ENTER ART FOUNDATION and PRIESTS AND PRAWNS transform the entire area into an art experience. Every single room is in action.
