Wir möchten ankündigen, dass wir das Restaurant ab dem 1. Mai 2017 schließen werden, obwohl wir in den Sommermonaten weiterhin Eis verkaufen werden. Wir danken unseren Freunden und unseren Kunden für die Unterstützung der letzten 5 Jahre und es machen zu einem der besten Restaurants von Bad Bentheim. We willen graag aankondigen dat het restaurant vanaf 1 mei 2017 gesloten wordt, hoewel we met ijs verkoop in de zomermaanden zullen doorgaan. We zouden graag onze vrienden en klanten voor de ondersteuning van de afgelopen 5 jaar bedanken, met de resultaat dat wij één van Bad Bentheims hoogst gewaardeerde restaurants zijn geworden. We would like to announce that we shall be closing the restaurant from 1st May 2017, though we shall continue to sell ice-cream during the summer months. We would like to thanks our friends and customers for supporting us over the past 5 years and for making us one of Bad Bentheim’s highest rated restaurants.

They will miss us! As you can see, we're still here. We haven't found anybody suitable as yet to take over our restaurant. But we will definitely be stopping, probably at the end of December this year - it's time to move on to other things. So don't miss your chance to pop in for a final helping of Violeta, or maybe just for that last taste of Bad Bentheim's best ice cream (from tomorrow). We hope to see many of you before year's end!

Today our trusty (but aging) espresso machine decided it could not longer cling to life. I blame the last customers who ordered coffee (I'm looking at you Alfred Hof ;-) ) .... But anyway, we are closed today as we spent the day finding a replacement, installing it, tasting, programming, tasting, tweaking, tasting and tasting - we have to make sure it's up to scratch! We'll be open again tomorrow - just don't offer us any more coffee before then ....
