Description
The Eiffel Tower was built from 1887 to 1889. It is the most visited landmark in the world. It has 3 levels and 9 elevators. It stands at 324m high and is used as a radio transmitter. The Eiffel Tower is named after Gustave Alexander Eiffel. The design of the Eiffel Tower was originated by Maurice Koechlin and Émile Nouguier, the two senior engineers who worked for the Compagnie des Establissments.
The Eiffel Tower has been in many movies such as 'Ratatouille' and' The Aristocats' and video games such as' Sly 2 Band of Thieves' and 'Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3'.
Zoning restrictions in Paris means its hard to find a hotel that has a view of the tower.The tower is nicknamed 'The Iron Lady' due to its puddled iron construction.

January 1st - June 12th 9:30am - 6:30pm
June 13th - August 28th 9:00am - 12:45am
August 29th - December 31st 9:30am - 11:45pm
