Lord Lac du Logerie is located in the Vienne region of France and is approximately 5 hours drive from Le Havre and 6.5 hours from Calais Our 11 acre lake offers superb fishing of excellent quality carp in a spectacular yet intimate environment. We offer carp fishing on a week long basis, suited both for Drive & Survive anglers and those who prefer a little more with our lakeside chalet US... Lord Lac du Logerie is set within a private English owned farm complex of 22 acres in the magnificent Vienne countryside.

Stock....

    The previous owner added to the existing stock in Jan 2011. A beautiful mix of strong Common and Mirror carp of 44lbs +. During the winter months we will be trickle feeding the carp with the baits we sell to increase your catch rate for the season... FACILITIES... They built a tranquil chalet on the edge of the woodland on the West bank. Here you can relax in the warm evenings with a BBQ and fish from the first swim.

    There is a toilet and shower room less than 100 metres from the chalet/lake. It is warm and comfortable with a walk-in shower.

    In addition to the original stock they introduced a good mix of 150 strong mirrors and commons (Dec 2009) plus more in Jan 2011 averaging 200 carp.

    It's going to be another great season!The lake was built around the 12 century by the monks of La Puye monastery for the use of breeding carp for food. It has not been commercially fished until now. The lake at Lord Lac du Logerie was drained in 2009 and has been landscaped.Secluded hidden swims, sand spots and densely reed lined far margins ensure an impressive variety of features in which to fish. The shallow depths at the South end mean the lake fishes very well all year around. Due to the climate in Vienne, the lake warms up very early so the spring period can be especially productive.

    Lord Lac du Logerie requires no permits and has legal night fishing. We maintain a small section of the lake as a nature reserve to preserve and encourage some of the beautiful and varied species of wildlife in the region Free use of rowing boat is included in the package, used at own risk.
