Carp fishing in the peaceful, picturesque Limousin region of France.  4.5 acre 'v' shaped lake booked as an exclusive for up to  4 anglers. Fish for big carp to 60+ on this brand new complex opened March 2014.   Le Coly was quarried  in the 1980's with the granite being used for local roads. After purchasing the lake it was immediately drained, netted and restocked with a mixed batch of stunning carp ranging from 20 to 70lb.

The lake depths range from 4ft to 14ft with the lake bed differing from sand, clay and crushed stone with various springs throughout. The fish are being fed well on a balanced diet all year round. Carp averaging a massive weight gain of 8 - 12lb a year.

Fisherman's comfort is one of the important things we concentrated on. Putting in big swims, facilities to enjoy a hot shower with a home away from home feel, charging points, a room to store luggage and charge all the essentials.

The lake can be a challenge as there is not a huge stock of fish. Although can be very rewarding on the day, not unknown for anglers to have 4 fish in a day with 3 being 50+.  Biggest carp to date is 70lb. With around 15 over 50's, 5 over 60's and a mixed batch of stunning carp stocked to come on.

Booked as an exclusive with a maximum of 4 anglers.

Please feel free to email me for any information or inquiries on booking all year round.
