Bed and Breakfast (Chambre D'Hotes) Our house is situated in the peaceful Charantaise countryside close to the market town of Chabanais. The picturesque village of Exideuil situated on the bank of the beautiful Vienne river is within walking distance.   Limoges and its airport is around 50k to the east and Angouleme is around 50k to the west. The channel ferry ports and the South of France and Spanish border are all around six hours from us.

The area is on the edge of the Limousin/Charente region and is rural France at its best. There are vast areas of  wooded slopes, rivers and lakes  with picturesque medieval villages and towns to explore.
