L'Escapade is a beautiful renovated French Farm house that sleeps 11 with a private heated swimming pool on the Dordogne /Charente border. L'Escapade is the perfect place for a family holiday or group getaway. Sleeping 11 plus cots in 4 large bedrooms with a private heated pool it is the ideal house for a relaxing break.
Set in the small hamlet of Tramonzac on the very edge of the Dordogne / Charente border it is just 4 Km from the Aubeterre sur Dronne. Aubeterre is not only known as one of the most beautiful villages in France but also has great restaurants, a riverside swimming beach and plenty of canoeing. 2km away from L'Escapade is the village of Bonnes with an excellent restaurant and a boulangerie, so you can stroll to get your croissants each morning. Just 4km in the other direction is St Aulaye which has another river beach and more restaurants.
But with a heated pool and over an acre of grounds with play equipment you don't need to go anywhere just kick back and enjoy.

Voted one of the prettiest villages in France, Aubeterre Sur Dronne is just 5 km from L'Escapade. Enjoy lunch at one of the fabulous restaurants in the square or relax on the river beach. There is still availability left from 10 June to 7 July. A one week rental for 11 people is £750 per week - short breaks are also available. Flights are currently less than £30 each way.
